We had used or budgeted...

Liked: They could not help us cancel or credit reservation
Disliked: We had amtwo flat tires outside of Marshall Texas the tow truck would and could not drive us 2 hrs to that hotel

Clean and Comfortable

Liked: Well maintained, comfortable and smelled good. Best property we stayed in on our road trip.
Disliked: Orange mold on shower head, wiped off with towel. Housekeeping just needs to spray and clean with virus’s killing product when cleaning bathroom. Noticed it when showering, woke up with gunky eyes

It was ok but not...

Liked: Its location by the mass and freeway was nice!
Disliked: It was grungy and dirty… the bedding looked clean but we were nervous and the room smelled bad. Felt more like a Red Roof Inn experience to me.
