Liked: Very clean

Decent place for a pit...

Liked: Spacious room but not the greatest experience! Pretty disappointed. First night checking in, the keys to our room did not work, even with numerous attempts to get it reset by the front desk. She was kind enough to come up and let us in after going down for the 3rd time!! Eventually, she gave me 3 keys-- assuming one was a master key?! That finally worked. The next morning, NOT SURE WHO IT WAS, since they did not announce themselves, had opened our door with us still in the room. Luckily our door hinge was locked so they were not able to come in. This made us feel very uneasy. overall, the stay/room was decent for our one night stay, as we were just passing through.

Liked: I booked a king room through booking.com. I paid extra for the king room. When I arrived I was told no king rooms were available and no refund for the king room premium was given.
