Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff.

Liked: Very nice, fresh, lots of choices
Disliked: Two regular coffee urns, one decaf . Tea bags but NO HOT WATER URN. No hair dryer in the bathroom ( or anywhere else in the room). Iron and ironing board nice touch but not useful for me.

Liked: Breakfast could have been better. Pancake machine was not working. As someone traveling alone, i felt safe.
Disliked: There wasn't anything i didn't like. Eveything was ok.

Liked: Was clean and the room was super big and comfortable
Disliked: The location was great because we was coming back home from Disney and after 11 hrs driving stay on close hotel from 95 was super nice!

The Best Customer Experience Ever!

Liked: Are stay was Amazing from the time we walked in the door. Denise at the front desk was so nice, she really made us feel welcomed. Our room was super clean and smelled wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that was traveling to Virginia. Whether for work or pleasure hands down the best hotel I been in. Thank you to the amazing staff. I will definitely be back
