Liked: We didn’t eat breakfast.
Disliked: A better mattress. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. My back hurt for days after the stay.

Liked: The property was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The room was clean but smelled like mild dew

Great location, not a good...

Liked: Friendly and nice staff. Rooms felt clean * (see below). Breakfast was just OK. Good location.
Disliked: We stayed 2 nights. The first room was damp and mildew smell, this room should not have been booked to guest. We asked to switch rooms second night. Room was fine, sound proofing from visitor's above was awful. We got very little sleep. Loud guest, maybe wasn't dealt with correctly. Only compensation offered was some extra points to my IHG Rewards. The staff went to the room several times. Staff was nice, but I don't think I'd book a room here next time we visit Murphy.

Great hotel if you can...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great
Disliked: The hotel was off of the main highway and the road sign was not lit. After turning off the highway and going up the hill the road turns to the right and the sign is small and not lit. Basically this hotel is almost impossible to find after dark..
