Disliked: Room above too noisy; rooms not that clean.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep. Also, the front staff person helped us by reassigning us to a different room as the first assigned room was close to a noisy hallway heating unit. This was much appreciated.

Disliked: Staff in the evening just sat around in the lobby on their phone. Breakfast was overcooked - both the biscuits and omelets Monday morning.The pool out of order. BTW the other HIE I stayed out last month also out of order. This should be on the listing!I hate loud music being played outside. It rained my entire stay and stepping outside in the wind and rain left little space to talk on the phone due to the volume. And the person next door was snoring SO loudly it woke me up! Paper thin walls. I won't be returning.

Bad

Disliked: The room smelled of mold and mildew. It was overwhelming. I drive a truck and was so darn tired by the time I got there I didn't have energy to go down and complain. Be warned I woke up with a headache. I regret not asking for a refund and leaving.
