I wouldn’t stay on 1st...

Liked: Clean facilities
Disliked: The only complaint that I have is our room was on the 1st floor next to kitchen area. Therefore it was loud either way staff doing their jobs and smelling bacon at 4am. It was so noisy and I wouldn’t recommend being on the 1st floor next to kitchen/laundry facility.

Staff was excellent. Very nice...

Liked: The rooms in the front of the hotel were noisy because they face the highway. We were moved to another room the next night in the back of the hotel and it was perfect.

Good overall. Breakfast was good....

Liked: The front manager, I think her name was Jasmine, was extremely nice and professional. She helped us with the downgraded room and made sure we were compensated for the inconvenience. Hotel wasn’t all that but would definitely stay again because of her kindness.
Disliked: Booked on booking.com. When we arrived we were informed that our room that we reserved was not available and was downgraded. This was an inconvenience because we needed the couches for the kids.
