Not really good

Liked: The room was clean, my grandkid's loved the pool, the bed was comfortable
Disliked: It need alot of updates, the tub was extremely slippery I fell in the tub, and hurt my wrist, and back, the door handle to the main door fell off, we heard music in the hallway all night

Great place to stay

Liked: Clean updated nice facility would stay again
Disliked: The only complaint we had as a family was that there was too much chlorine in the pool and it burned our eyes when we swim in the pool and it was too cold in the pool room. We did voice our complaints to Ashley at the front desk and she said that was a maintenance problem and that we would have talked to maintenance, that was the only issue

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Bed was comfortable ,water pressure was great,Easy walking distance to aquarium
Disliked: It needs to be updated. Tile loose and cracked in the room and throughout hotel. We checked in and it was supposed to be pet friendly and turns out it’s not. We didn’t have toilet paper in our rooms and had to exchange rooms due to a terrible smell in one of the rooms. I will say that the staff is very friendly and helped as much as they could. It’s just an older property that needs some upkeep.

Disliked: Customer service was absolutely horrible. Keys didn't work. Room wasn't cleaned. Staff was rude and didn't care

Lovely, but not great

Liked: I liked the location. Staff was very accommodating and polite.
Disliked: My room was not clean. The bed was made nicely, however it appeared that the pillow cases on 2 pillows were not changed.There was hair in the tub, and the complimentary bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. I did not check in until approx 9p. The room was $149 for the night with a $100 incidentals fee charged to my debit card.
