Nice stay and good nights...

Liked: Good stay. Staff interaction was minimal but friendly. Room 323 bathroom fan was not working so it gets really foggy during showers and there appears to be water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door.

Disliked: Door to pool are key would not work. Sand in hot tub. Staff at 7 pm very rude toilet wouldn’t flush properly side door to hotel would slam shut. If someone went or out you would be woke up.

Disliked: After getting conformation for my booking and the charge went through I showed up to be told I needed to pay again because it didn't go through I showed it had in my account and she argued with me about how that was through booking.com and now I had to pay an additional 140 to them for one night. I told her that made no sense and she got rude. I asked for a manager or a Corp number to indicate some understanding and resolution and she refused to give me either. I went next door and turns out both hotels are related and have the same GM and that hotel staff gave me the business card of that GM and told me to call her because she will take care of the issue and they gave me a roo. At a discount as well as wonderful kind service.
