Liked: Great breakfast and wonderful staff.
Disliked: The bed was so hard I woke up with back spasms. The beds at HIEs where I've stayed previously all had amazing beds.

Liked: This is the 1st time to this location & we plan on keeping it on our list. The room was very clean, comfortable and larger than expected. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: I did notice a used bandaid that was in the lobby doorway. This same bandaid was still there over 12 hours later. They need to pay extra attention to the lobby area and keep up with the swimming pool water on the floors.

Liked: The proximity for us for where we needed to be. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We were asked to sign a noise policy that stated kids under 16 couldnt be out of their rooms without a parent.. While we were okay with this, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Its not abnormal to send our early teens to breakfast ear

Liked: Comfortable beds. Nice large room.
Disliked: I made a reservation so my granddaughter could go swimming and didn't find out until we got there that the pool was closed.
