I was disappointed to have...

Liked: Kind staff. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Pool was closed. I went to this hotel for the pool for my kids. TV only had a few boring channels because there were issues with their provider I was told by front desk. The toilet clogged. I had to run my clothes 3 times to dry one load paying $2.25 each time.

When my activity was delayed...

Loved it but location is...

Liked: Breakfast was top notch and so clean. The Breakfast server was the nicest. The stay was perfect until I went to check out. Had so much problems with method of pay. I used a Virtual card and things were messed up and the staff treated me like a criminal......I will never go back there again.........
