Very good

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the bench type seat. Also liked the dispensary bottles of shampoo, soap etc. We don't travel too much but that is convienent and you don't have a lot of waste of throwing away partially used containers.

Liked: The location and room size were good as well as cleanliness
Disliked: The shower was absolutely the worst I have ever been in, no hot water or pressure in a huge shower so cold as can be. The breakfast was not great everything a mess and out may have been understaffed I am not sure

Comfortable, and relaxing

Liked: The front desk receptionist was very lovely. She changed the room for me because she seen that I was using a cane which had me on the main floor and the room was just so clean and comfortable.
Disliked: N/a

After the conflict, wonderful!

Disliked: Our room had someone else in our room, we had to go back and figure out with front desk and it was 30 minutes, our new room was great and comfortable.

Exceptional

Very comfortable stay.

Liked: It was very easy to find and had great access. Room was large and clean. Beds were firm room had nice area for coffee and refrigerator. Water pressure in the shower was strong.
Disliked: Front staff wasn't behind the counter several times but came around when from the back when we rang the bell. Person who checked us in was relatively flat and unexpressive. Too much night light in the room.
