One word — Horrible, and...

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: For two days we had no hot water, ice showers only. No AC, our room had a portable AC unit that was loud, keeping us up. Keys only worked once, never a second time, and we had to reprogram the keys each time after the first use.

Disliked: That I requested a top floor got there at 2:30 made my reservations back in June of 2024, and was told hotel was booked and that I couldn't get a top floor as I requested in June, I was told that because of i was not a member of the club I couldn't even check in early 30minutes??? But if I joined then I could check in early???
