Came for a college visit...

Liked: I didn’t like how late they informed me my booking was cancelled because of overbooking

Disliked: The air fresheners was strong and gave me a headache

Will definitely return if needed...

Liked: I enjoyed everything. All the staff was very nice and courteous. The breakfast was really good.
Disliked: No complaints or dislikes at all.

Disliked: We were rushed out of our room at 11am even though our paperwork shows 12pm. We told and showed them several times that check out shows 12. They didn't care and said that's booking fault we go by our policy. We were told to check out asap. It was a comfortable stay up till that point. That's not the way I wanted my family treated nor a way to get back on the road for a long drive.

Disliked: They did not have my room ready. They asked us to go different hotel like 10 miles away from this location

Staff was courteous but facilities...

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: The room was filthy. There was hairs all over the tub. The comforter was filthy . The room was not clean but we were passing through and it was late and just couldn’t leave.
