Liked: The staff made our kids feel so welcomed and everyone was SO kind. From the valet to the complimentary breakfast, everyone was super nice and very helpful. My kids (11, 9 & 7) felt like celebrities.

Disliked: The location of the hotel in Uber was wrong. Uber took us at the back side of the hotel everytime.

Liked: The breakfast ladies were amazing and very kind. The food was okay it’s typical continental items. The display and set up was well designed.
Disliked: Parking is valet only for $45 plus tax per day which is very inconvenient not knowing that prior to booking.

Great place to stay

Liked: The hotel staff who helped me was very friendly. I had reserved a couple of room together. The staff were able to give me two of the 3 rooms next to each other. Everything was very clean in the hotel and the room. The staffs at breakfast were excellent! They were friendly, helpful and even gave us a few breakfast items to take home with us. The breakfast bar was awesome. They had eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereals, fruits, cinnamon rolls. This was our second time staying here. We chose this location because it offers free continental breakfast, it's not far from Universal Studio (8-10 min drive) and it was walking distance (10 min walk) to Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Disliked: What I did not like about this hotel is that it's right by a very busy street. Coming off from the freeway to the hotel is easy but getting out and trying to make a left turn is not easy. We had to make a right turn then move to the far left to make a left turn and turn back to get on the freeway or Universal Studio. Being that the streets were so busy, and we were so tired from a day at Universal Studios, we didn't want to find a restaurant to eat in with cranky kids, we came back to the hotel and tried to order food in. There were not enough restaurants close by that are easy for family to order from. We ended up getting food from TGIF. The options were so limited half of us did not even order anything. Even with this situation, I still would recommend the hotel.
