when you pay $300-400/night there...

Liked: Location was good for access to Universal. Breakfast items were kept up when low.
Disliked: * our rooms didn’t have a microwave *There was no TV guide of channels, so finding the news was a chore.* You really need to invest in smart TVs. * Fix the WI-FI connection issue with iPhones. * The 2 different elevators to upper floors is very wonky* the only ice machine was on the 5th floor.* Replacing the battery in the light up makeup mirror is also needed.

Good value for money

Liked: Great location with on-site vallet parking (even if at USD 49). Friendly staff all round and spacious rooms.
Disliked: On-site parking is expensive
