Liked: The hotel was clean, everyone was very helpful. The location was convenient.
Disliked: They show a hot tub in the photos, this has since been taken out. Bummer!

Liked: This hotel needs updating. The shelf in the shower was hanging off. The beds were very uncomfortable and were slanting. While the breakfast was included, it was not good at all. We did not take advantage of it, with the exception of the first morning. The photos show a hot tub but there wasn't one at this hotel.
Disliked: The beds, no hot tub, very outdated look. Breakfast not good

Very poor customer service!

Liked: Very poor guest services! When we arrived after I paid went to our room which I requested 2 queen beds and had a room with 1 bed! Went back to the front desk told them that’s NOT what I booked and I want a room with 2 queen beds! They offered a roll away bed and money off my stay I told them NO I needed a room with 2 queen beds! They told me the room I booked they gave to a guest that was already in my room from the night before because they decided to stay an extra night!! How is that my problem I had that room booked the guests that wanted to stay an extra night should have been given the room they tried to give to me! I told them to find me a hotel in Hershey but, of course everything was booked up because there was a cheer competition along with an All Stars swim meet which is why we were in town. I wrote to them and all I received was we are sorry email! I emailed them back and asked that’s all you’re going to do after disrupting my stay and being exhausted from a long day and 2 hour drive that’s what I get? Very disappointed and it had nothing to do with your services it’s very poor customer service on Holiday Inn Express account. I’ve been to places where I’ve wanted to stay an extra night but, it was booked up so, I had to leave not make it inconvenient for their next guest!

Liked: All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us when my daughter was sick!
Disliked: Nothing. It was great

It was great I loved...

Liked: It was extremely clean ! You could smell the cleaning products when you walked in which I loved. Staff was friendly the room was so clean and comfy and very up to date. I also loved that the tv had normal channels and good movies to watch. Also breakfast was delish and healthy as well. Definitely would go back !
Disliked: The property was great nothing to really complain about besides the shower the pipes made a banging noise when you turned it on a warm temperature..

Superb

Liked: Loved it being a smaller hotel and everything was close together. Walked down an open staircase into the lobby instead of having to use the elevator. Staff extremely friendly
