Good Choice For An Overnight...

Liked: We were deciding on a halfway overnight stop between Virginia and New York State and settled for Hershey with Holiday Inn Express in mind as we were always satisfied with the good size room and amenities that included a good breakfast.. It was close to Hershey Chocolate World and very easy to get on the highway to continue our journey.. a good pit-stop for us!
Disliked: No complaints - Everything was as we expected

Disliked: I stayed at your location on Friday, October 25th and checked out the next day. I have several complaints about my stay and would like this message to reach management. While we were thankful to be able to check in 45 mins early, I would like to offer constructive criticism regarding the person that checked us in.As a HR representative, more conservative dress should be required. Additionally, we were put in room 122 at the end of the hall where the door to the outside is missing a spring. The noise with people coming in and out all night kept us awake for the majority of the night. Upon entering the room, we noticed the AC did not work. The front desk girl did replace the batteries in the thermostat, but it never worked right (see ERR pic attached).I could not change the setting of the fan, and it blew heavy all night. How do you not know if these things work? Additionally, several of the outlets were not secured to the wall (picture attached), and working in property management, I know that's a safety violation. Last, we did not get warm water when using the sink, or shower (it was barely luke warm). The mold in the shower (pictures attached) was disgusting. To pay what I did for this room is theft. I've never not been able to acquire points when using a third party and that was an additional concern. I travel every other week, and this, by far, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
