A great stay, will certainly...

Liked: Open, light, clean and friendly.Great location for access to local train station for easy access into adjacent towns and London City.
Disliked: Nothing

Acceptable for the price

Liked: The breakfast was really good for the price
Disliked: There was a very loud air conditioner in the room, the bed was very small, and there was barking dogs in the adjoining room in the night.

Good hotel pity about the...

Liked: Location was good an the hotel clean and tidy. Checking was quick and efficient. Breakfast was tasty and the variety of the old good. Something for everyone
Disliked: The hair dryer did not work and as I was going to a wedding it was most inconvenient. 1 of the bedside lights didn't work which meant we were left without subdued lightening.

A calm and relaxed overnight...

Disappointed, would not stay again

Liked: Breakfast was very poor, vegetarian selection was very poor. Barely any food topped up, lots of waiting. No bread for toaster.The room was clean, but not immaculate, shower looked grubby. The beds were not the comfiest, only one pillow and very noisy duvet, rustled a lot.Asked for a travel cot on original booking, this was not in our room when we arrived.Hotel is close to Warner Bros Studio, which we were visiting - wish I had booked Premier Inn down the road.
Disliked: Hotel was short staffed, the staff on reception were not the friendliest. I had to ask twice for the travel cot to be put in our room. I was also told that I hadn't booked one, a little later staff admitted it had been missed on my booking, no apology.We arrived around 4pm went to order dinner, at around 5:30. Again very limited veggie options and no fish and chips. We ended up paying almost £80 for food we didn't really want, had to wait a long time. The food was brought out at separate times, really unorganised. We were travelling with children, one of which was under two and this was less than ideal.

Liked: the room was clean
Disliked: Stayed in an accessible room, the toilet was low (not increased height Doc M standard) and the toilet seat very loose with no bumpers making slide transfer very difficult/near impossible. In addition the toilet was approx 8" away from the back wall with no back support again making it difficult for me to use
