Disappointing

Liked: Awful nights sleep. Average breakfast. Uncomfortable to have a group of staff loudly bad-mouthing customers in front of us. Would visit Hemel again but stay somewhere else

Liked: Location, very friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Shower is weak, and barely warm., but I think that's a national UK thing. Seems the same in every place.
