Disliked: The cot was not fit for purpose it didn’t have a suitable mattress, so baby could not sleep in it . Safe sleep mattresses are needed .

Disliked: The accessible room (330) has very limited space around the bed We had to change the location of the bed (rotated by 90degrees in the room to allow for access to the left side of the bed (when lying) for my husband to be able to transfer in/out of bed The mattress was really uncomfortable Needing a keycard for toilet meant unable to use on arrival or after check out which wasn’t ideal when travelling a long way
