This hotel is excellent and...

Liked: The indoor pool was really nice. It was well-maintained and heated. The cleaning staff was excellent and the room was spotless. The decor was updated and parking was spacious and always available, even during the holidays when the hotel was full. The morning breakfast was a nice bonus, with omelets and hot breakfast meats as well as easy to make pancakes. This was in addition to the wide array of baked goods and cereals. The hotel is centrally located with a variety of fast-food right next door and restaurant delivery minutes away.
Disliked: I really have no complaints

Liked: Room was good, breakfast was surprisingly good and check-in and check-out was easy
Disliked: Couldn't reach the front desk to let them know a family member was going to be late to check in. Finally told them in person when we arrived.
