Could Have Been Better with...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than expected. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
Disliked: No one had pre-checked the room. There was a light bulb out (immediately replaced), most appliances were completely turned off (the TV remote didn't initially work; the microwave had to be plugged in and the time set; we never were able to get the Keurig working; the alarm clock displayed the wrong time), the bathroom was supposed to have a shower stall instead of a tub. A quick walkthrough would have nipped most of those in the bud.
