Liked: The breakfast was good, everything that was promised.
Disliked: When I checked in I was assigned a room, upon entering the room was disgusting, wasn't clean. I was then moved to another room and it was dirtier than the first. Front desk said they would get it cleaned. I went for dinner and upon returning the room was still not clean enough for a hotel room.

Disliked: The hotel had shabby look, it needs general up keep done. The carpet in our room had a huge stain right as you entered the room. Common areas needed painting and could be a lot cleaner. We were disappointed in the lack of general cleaning. It did not meet the standard for the price we paid for the night. We will not be returning.

What we needed, perfect for...

Liked: Breakfast was great, huge selections. Staff very accommodating. Something low, they replaced ASAP. Had plenty.Thank you for having a complementary breakfast.
Disliked: Our light bulb in bathroom burnt out. The one over the sink and mirror. Hard to apply makeup in the dark. Advisedstaff but no response. Advised again when we left for the next person.

Disliked: Bathtub drain was blocked! I couldn’t call the reception because the room phone is dead!! Went down to the reception and there was no one to fix it. I offered to do it myself and got a plunger from the reception and returned it!!!The toilet seat has only one screw!! Yes, the second screw is completely missing!! The seat moved all over and girls in my family were not comfortable using the toilet. Lastly, a large chunk of of wall paper was detached and hanging down exposing the moldy wall behind!! Gross!! What a shame, this is an IHG property!!
