Liked: The room was clean, averagely spacious but the sofa bed was too small and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good but could be better with a few more options.
Disliked: The sofa bed. It was too small for 2 people and quite uncomfortable with the spring almost popping out.

Superb

Liked: Good location, with asda, nandos and petrol station close by. Free onsite parking, everything was as it should be. Good
Disliked: Mattress and pillows were firm, so struggled to fall asleep. Sink maybe had a blockage so the water was filling up and slow moving, only stayed 1 night so wasn't a big issue

Fantastic stay defo recommend

Liked: The staff on the front desk where amazing. Very helpful and friendly really made our stay feel like we picked the right hotel. Probably the best reception staff we've ever came across so thankyou.
Disliked: The only down side was breakfast unfortunately. Just having to wait quite a bit as food/juice kept running out. Didn't really enjoy the breakfast. Everything else was incredible.

Liked: The staff were amazing especially Kimberly who went above and beyond! My only small criticism is that the stay would have been more comfortable with a bigger bed. A double bed just doesn’t feel large enough for a couple. A change to Ming sized bed would bring the hotel in line with competitors who offer this! Would definitely use this hotel again though
