Liked: The experience was great and enjoyable. The room was clean, the pool was great for the kids, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
Disliked: The rules were not followed in the pool area and some younger kids could not play in the pool. Hot tub was not working.

Liked: Clean room was comfortable. Pool was nice. Breakfast was nice
Disliked: Staff at front desk weren't always available. Had to call the phone at the desk to get someone and they were always behind the wall. Anyone could come in and just go upstairs in the elevator. When I went to check out the phone wasn't there.. no button. No bell. Waited awhile. Finally asked a woman running the sweepers. She went behind the counter. Couldn't find anyone so she checked me out. Looked like teenagers were running the place. Also couldn't change the temp in the room but it was ok
