Disliked: water was shut off for water main breakuntil the Late evening, then very dirty

Our stay was not worth...

Liked: Received message from hotel 2 days before and on day of arrival that the elevators were not working.Thankfully there were only 3 floors in this hotel. The first room we were given was on the second floor, but it was dirty. You could tell the sheets had not been changed from the obvious dirty stains and hard dried on dirt. The pull out sofa bed mattress should have been replaced and the candy wrappers under that bed should have been removed.After notifying the front desk we were moved to a room on the third floor which was much better. I would suggest that they put the linen and pillows for the sofa bed in the room. Most of the hotel staff were not very friendly. The ray of sunshine was the breakfast the next morning and the very nice staff member who handled that area.

Liked: They are an excellent chain, quick kind easy check in process, the rooms clean and nice, breakfast perfect, personal nice everything in general great!

A different room location and...

Liked: Beautiful facility, very well maintained, room was very clean
Disliked: Put us on the first floor, first room by pool and workout room, kids running and yelling in hallway , very disruptive. Bed was exceptionally hard.
