Nice property, biggest problem was...

Liked: Breakfast was great, and very good staff serving and filling the food provided.
Disliked: The check in staff was pretty rude. They were not helpful, basically said since we booked from 3rd party, they couldn't do much for us. Way too much money. Also, some how when we booked on the line, we reserved for 6 adults and 4 children. We had 2 adults and 2 children. Price it showed online wasn't the price we were charged. As I stated the desk guy said nothing he could do.

Liked: I like how the property is close to niagara falls, the breakfast was very delicious. The property’s ambience was very good and the spacious space for walking around it in fall weather is perfect.
Disliked: Only thing i did not like was the quality of sofa bed, the mattress was very old and was hurting.
