Overall good value for money. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off. Upset that morning reception offered no apology or explanation.

Visit to Pavilion Theatre and overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic.

Disliked: I booked a twin room for two nights. I received four emails before I arrived and at no time was I told that I would have to move rooms and my request for twin beds was not being honoured.The room we were given was in very poor condition and far from clean. It was a fire risk as there was no access to the door when the makeshift bed was lowered.
