Liked: The breakfast was not as good as expected. The dining room staff was not very friendly or attentive.

Disliked: Price gouging due to a local music festivalBreakfast was horrible. Watery gravy with no salt or pepper available to help the taste. Sausage was so bad even little kids were spitting it out. You can tell whoever prepared the breakfast just didn’t care. The yogurt was good though.

Disliked: For the price of our King Suite, we expected a comfortable bed, but instead, we were met with a lumpy mattress that has definitely seen better days. The sofa bed was a nightmare; the mattress was nothing but springs. This experience reminded me why we had avoided this location in the past. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we book at the Holiday Inn Express in Georgetown. The cost was far too high for such uncomfortable bedding and outdated furniture. I also want to emphasize that the sofa was equally uncomfortable to sit on. I would like to request a reimbursement for our stay, as this experience felt like a complete scam.
