Don't waste your money booking...

Disliked: For the price of our King Suite, we expected a comfortable bed, but instead, we were met with a lumpy mattress that has definitely seen better days. The sofa bed was a nightmare; the mattress was nothing but springs. This experience reminded me why we had avoided this location in the past. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we book at the Holiday Inn Express in Georgetown. The cost was far too high for such uncomfortable bedding and outdated furniture. I also want to emphasize that the sofa was equally uncomfortable to sit on. I would like to request a reimbursement for our stay, as this experience felt like a complete scam.

Short stay but I always...

Liked: The staff did an ok job seeing to my needs and issues. The room that I was moved to was nice, the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: During breakfast the Fruit was old, the bananas and the apples were near or expired. The waffle machine did not work. There were only a few choices of other breakfast items. the first room I went into had a weird odor to it, I asked to be moved because the room had an unclean smell.
