Liked: The staff was very helpful.
Disliked: When we arrived, we were informed that they did not have a reservation for us. The staff suggested that we contact Booking.comIt took a while to get it all straightened out.

Great value. Nice place, would...

Liked: Really thoughtful design of the room - a “drop zone” for coats, cell phones, purse etc. comfy bed, night lights. Soap dispensers (instead of mini bottles)decaf and tea with the coffee maker, plus a small microwave and fridge.
Disliked: Front desk person was very nearly rude. I said “good afternoon!”, she said “lemme see your driver’s license”. Not even a smile.The fire alarm went off, scaring the whole floor out of our rooms.
