Disliked: Holiday Inn express in Fulton, MS double charged me for the stay on Feb 10 on top of the payment I made through Booking.comWhen I called the Hotel to point that out, they refused to discuss it with me and said Call Booking.com Needless to say I am outraged.

Disliked: They didn’t come take the trash out or even make the bed and we were gone all day when we returned the room was still dirty.

Great experience staying there.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Lots of good Cato choose from. Cinnamon rolls are yummy. Hotel very clean. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend staying there.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything.

Hotel Could use an update...

Liked: It was ok. Hot Coffee with all the items needed. Biscuits were hot and fresh!
Disliked: ROOM: We had to fix the toilet. It kept messing up. Steel handle in shower fell off!! BREAKFAST:vCinnamon rolls were cold. There wasn't any fresh fruit available. NO discount was offered, nothing.

Stay in December

Liked: Staff were nice and helpful during check in.
Disliked: The smell of the building in general. Floor in the room had wet places. Beds not comfy.
