Renovated, updated, clean place to...

Liked: Great location, close to Disneyland, and downtown Fullerton. We arrived late and was glad a number of restaurants close by were still open. They offer a shuttle to & from Disneyland. Target amd Costco were also very close as well as a number of grocery stores so very convenient
Disliked: Be careful where you park. Howard Johnson is the adjacent property. Don't accidentally park in their lot

Just what you would expect

Liked: Food was good, room was clean
Disliked: They had no laundry facilities

It is nice, but...

Liked: Spacious room, smelled clean, most comfortable beds i have slept on. Also front desk was very pleasant . We also liked the value and how close it was to Disneyland, which was the whole purpose of our trip. Also, no one can ever complain about free breakfast.
Disliked: Two little baby roaches in the sink. I've never stayed anywhere where that happened but as someone who isn't a fan of bugs I freaked out. I killed them both but immediately talked to front desk. The gentleman I spoke to was great and even offered us another room( we were only there until the next morning so we declined), but I wish for the scary inconvenience we got refunded a night...
