Liked: Very clean, great location for taking a cruise. Included breakfast was very good and offered a lot of options.
Disliked: The airport shuttle service was not good

Liked: The bed was exceptionally comfortable! The breakfast was included and was fairly good.It included a shuttle to the airport at no extra cost. The location was convenient to the port.
Disliked: We didn’t realize the pillows contained feathers which my husband is allergic to! The street noise from the busy street was able to penetrate the windows. Hallway noise came through the door.

Liked: Erin at the front desk was awesome. The line up for check in was very long (all the way outside) and he kept his composure and wonderfull smile the whole time. Shout out to you Erin!

Disaster, never again Holiday Inn.

Liked: Proximity to cruise port and airport
Disliked: The room was dirty. The staff talked so loudly on the floor to each other where our room was located that it woke us up several times. The maid was rude to my wife.

Would not return

Liked: The breakfast was on the same floor we stayed on and was good quality.
Disliked: The front desk employee had an attitude and was very short with people. We booked 2 rooms. Once they gave us our keycards, one of the rooms still had the door propped open and was in the middle of being cleaned. This was after 4pm. We went to dinner and came back to the room still having the door propped open and not ready. Front desk then assigned us a different room. The 2nd room's a/c seemed to not be working no matter how much we messed with the buttons. It was only a 1 night stay, so we dealt with it. Would not return.
