Convenient location, good value -...

Liked: Staff friendly. Rooms clean and comfy. Walkable to Wegmans which I highly recommend!
Disliked: Breakfast, yoghurts hadn't been properly thawed, many were frozen solid. Cooked breakfast, disappointing, would have liked more healthy options than sweet pastries. Limited choice of fresh fruit.

Liked: I booked a room early AM with booking.com and they would not let me check in. The person at the desk was Indian and could not communicate why. I left and lost all my money for the stay as it was non-refundable.

Disliked: The construction being performed, screws nails construction debris in parking lot

Liked: Great location, clean, well appointed, exceptional staff, very pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: Room lighting kinda “iffy” and refrigerator needs to be anchored (difficult to open without busting your knuckles.

Horrible location, horrible hotel, horrible...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Had no idea it was under construction. Half of the facilities were closed, including the dining room. The “free breakfast” was a JOKE since they had no dining room!! $164/night for GARBAGE. Half empty hotel at best because 2 of the 4 floors were under construction. My door did not lock. SO UNSAFE!! Walls, door and windows were paper thin so you could hear everything in every direction. Not only would I never stay here again, I would never book thru booking.com again.

Liked: Conveniently located. Our room was on a floor that had just been renovated and was therefore brand new and nicely appointed.But, beyond the physical aspect of the property, we were most impressed by the front desk staff. So helpful and personable. .
