Liked: l'amabilité du personnel, notamment Amir
Disliked: it's a shame to come late from a far country and not to find a small bottle of water....the new austerity measures are counterproductive...even the language we have to pay 3 euros per luggage

Superb

Liked: Modern and comfortable room. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. It's always a pleasure.
Disliked: There was no toilet paper in the room. The room was booked for three people, but the cups and towels were only for two people. We asked the staff to bring extra cups, towels and toilet paper, but this was not done.
