Not happy with our stay!

Liked: Breakfast was okay.
Disliked: I don’t like the fact that I booked a room with 2 queen size beds and ended up in a room with only 1 king size bed because the staff gave my room to another person and then still charged me for my stay. When I book a room there are reasons behind why I choose a room and if I choose a room with 2 beds both beds are obviously needed.
