Overall a good place

Liked: The young lady was the best chef we have had at HIE. Bacon was perfect! All food was prepared great. Nice and clean. She was very helpful to my wife and i!
Disliked: In our room the coffee pot and the tv in the bedroom did not work.

Liked: We always stay here when we come to see our kids. It's so close to where they live so its very convenient.

I NEED A REFUND.

Liked: They need to refund me. Fire hazards everywhere and flat out under construction with no warning on booking. I WANT A REFUND.
Disliked: I want a refund. only elevator taken up and I was sick with kidney stones with no warning. Construction was blocking everything and using the only elevator to get materials upstairs.
