Did not and will not...

Liked: Booked 4 rooms under one reservation and one credit card via Booking.com. Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t find the 4 rooms. Just the one room was available under my name. I showed the staff member my booking.com confirmation and he still couldn’t find the four rooms. He then told us the hotel was full and he couldn’t accommodate all of us. He then directed us to a hotel down the road and we left. The next day I saw full charges on my credit card from the hotel. After calling several times and going back a day later, they would not refund me the charges, telling me that the rooms for my coworkers were under each individuals names and we simply did not check in as planned. Will not stay at this Holiday Inn again nor will my company use them in the future when travelling to FSJ.
Disliked: Staff were unaccommodating. Clearly there was a miscommunication and although it was no one inparticulars fault, they would not refund one individual the charges for 4 unused rooms. It’s not like it comes out of that staff members pocket. But it does come out of mine. Unapologetic and unwilling to help.

Liked: It was clean, the pool was very nice with the large slide and warm water, the breakfast was good, staff were nice
Disliked: The staff were nice but didn't really listen to requests. I had carry my own bedding upstairs while holding other stuff after asking for them so many times, they told me they can't have say beds and I'm surprised, the room was super large and lots of room for an extra room. My son ended up falling from their very high bed as I expected he would. Use of plastic plates and utensils for breakfast was to much. Souch waste. Hard to watch
