Liked: Close to port which made it very convenient for us the next day.
Disliked: We called for the shuttle and the first driver stated he did not go to that holiday inn. The second shuttle told us that he was there for us but on the trip to the hotel he was told that we were not the ones he was suppose to pick up and they wanted him to take us back to the airport. Thankfully he refused that request and took us to the hotel anyway which we were very thankful for him. He told us there were 5 holiday inns in a short radius and I feel they should know which one we were calling about and where it is. Not very impressed with hotel shuttle, again the driver was great.

Disliked: Very loud in room. Everybody slamming the doors. Woke us up way too early. I could hear people talking when walking by. Sounded like they were in my room.
