Liked: Location to Le Shuttle Breakfast bag to takeaway after early check out
Disliked: Lacking in snacks. Some of the food of the menu wasn’t available

Lovely stay

Liked: Very Happy and helpful staff. Loved the Xmas decs.
Disliked: The pillows on bed weren't great for me, but could be a personal thing.

Liked: Convenient for our needs. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Shortage of choice on the evening menu. Staff were ok when you could get their attention. Too busy chatting to each other to even notice our departure. Good, you have a box on the counter to put your key in on departure, or I could have waited there for ages.

Good location, clean room, friendly...

Liked: Location for eurotunnel was perfect. Didn’t have time for breakfast but staff encouraged us to take it to go.
Disliked: The car park was quite full, it was a bit difficult to find a space.
