The manager Rita was so helpful when we checked in. The room was very nice and clean. Rita also greeted us as we were leaving. We will be staying there in the future.

Liked: The staff made this location so very enjoyable! There were several that just stood out, and they really did care about my experience. I would stay here again, and while Flint isn't a vacation destination for me it does have pleasant memories because of my stay.The breakfast was acceptable and the coffee always hot. The bed and pillows were perfect. The LG flatscreen tv was great. Water pressure was good. Overall just a well appointed room!
Disliked: I really didn't have any complaints. It would have been nice to have a pool, but that's not a deal breaker.

Disliked: We arrived a half hour early and were told it would be an additional $75 to get into our room early. We opted to wait in the lounge area for the half hour. I was also told there would be a $100 hold added to our bill. It will be returned but could take up to 5 days to show up in my account.

Dump in flint

Liked: Probably the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. Not the staffs fault at all. People fighting and banging on doors, i do believe there was prostitution going on. It was terrible!!! No sleep all night and had a 6 am flight. Dirty underware and chewed up gum in the drawer.
