The staff was very friendly. We were woken by elderly patrons trying to find their rooms at night. Overall a good experience - next time we'll ask for something other than the first floor.

Perfect for my needs

Liked: The cleanliness. Friendly and efficient staff. The location was perfect for my needs. Having a relative in Beacon that I visit frequently. This location makes me feel secure that I don’t have to drive over an hour back home to the Bronx

I should have stayed longer

Liked: Everybody was so nice and helpful there. Anytime I had a question it was answered with a smile. We were only there one night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean. I love that they had usb chargers everywhere in the room. Never had a room like that before and I loved it. Highly recommend. Even breakfast is good
