Liked: Location since it's close to work even though the area is very unsafe.
Disliked: Two choices for shower option,freezing cold or plain cold.Do not expect to resolve this issue by reaching out to front desk.A staff is rude and unhelpful.There's never more than just one staff, busy or not.Also, don't expect a good night rest since their HVAC system is an absolute joke, oldest and loudest unit hidden under nice plastic cover.Unsecured parking lot may keep you up all night as well.Coffee tasted funny, went to Starbucks nearby.My suggestion to fellow travelers:Just stay away from this hotel and move on. Life is too short.P.S.Wish I read some reviews before I booked this hotel...
