Liked: Friendly staff and excellent location between the Peppermill & Bunkhouse

It was just Alright.

Liked: Location was great, it was close to everything! The TV had lots of channels which was also great and the wifi worked perfectly.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok same with the room and service. Nothing special and probably wouldn’t return again.

Liked: I booked through booking.com a week before my stay and when i arrived apparently holiday inn express didnt get my reservation and they were booked full so they switched me to a different hotel. Lots of hassle that shouldn't have happened when i had prepaid and prebooked a week ahead of time. The staff did help get me another room at a different hotel but obviously not what i was expecting and wanting on my trip I had planned.
Disliked: Booking.com needs to fix thier system cuz apparently it doesnt always properly work with hotels
