Liked: We were very satisfied with the service at this hotel. The room was clean and family friendly. The breakfast had nice options, and we loved their coffee - made with freshly ground whole beans. Great taste.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. No bathtub, but not a big deal.

Liked: Super convenient in a shopping mall area. Very clean, super nice staff and the free breakfast was surprising in its quality. Will be back.

Best value in the area....

Liked: Great room rate for the quality. Room was clean and modern and bed was super comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Location is close to where we needed to be and area had good shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was standard. Bacon and sausage were perfect and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back when I'm the area!
Disliked: Hot water was not consistent in the shower. Room was spacious, well designed and decorated but bathroom had very limited counter, shelving and not enough hooks. Although it was clean, seems unsanitary for housekeeping yo have to put towels directly on top of the toilet. Breakfast was fine. Appreciate the updated appliances. Although staff tried, kitchen was still struggling with new pancake maker and the 2 new fancy coffee makers did not work, leaving plenty if grumpy customers without caffeine in the morning.
