Liked: Stayed here before. Very good but the one at Bordeaux lormont just pips you with the secure parking

Pleasant but could have been...

Liked: Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was noisy as one wall was not solid, with doors into adjoining bedroom. The second night was very uncomfortable because of laughter and load talking. Do NOT want to stay in this room again. We come every year at this time.

Very pleasant

Liked: Very good breakfast, welcoming staff
Disliked: Heating wasn't great in the room as the air con unit was broken, so we had an electric convection heater. Could do with better lighting in the room.
