Polite staff, good value for...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The food was hot and fresh and there was a good selection. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, as was the restaurant staff. We liked that if you forgot anything, you could ask reception for a replacement.
Disliked: My husband, step-daughter and I shared a room. The room felt very cramped and not much room to move around. Our 13 year old said that the sofa bed was comfortable but my husband and I found the bed and pillow to be uncomfortable. I think this was because the pillows were so thick perhaps.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and nice breakfast.
Disliked: I think charging £16 a day for parking after you’ve paid for accommodation is a bit steep.
