Never again! BED BUGS!!

Liked: BED BUGS! we checked into our room at 10 pm. At 1:30 AM we woke up with bed bugs on us. I even killed one and took it to the lobby and showed the employee. We checked out immediately and were then refused a refund by the manager because no one after us had complained of bed bugs. So beware!
Disliked: THE BED HAD BED BUGS AND MANAGEMENT DID NOT CARE!

Bad Holiday Inn Express

Liked: Location.. close to restaurants,stores,gas stations.
Disliked: Front desk employee was never there. Breakfast area had roaches. Pot holes in parking lot. Water stopped working. Room keys stopped working twice.

Liked: The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The location was good for my needs.
Disliked: The parking lot was falling apart, had several issues with our key cards working, The refrigerator had only three legs so it would fall over when we attempted to open it, the bathroom by the pool was very dirty and never had paper towels in it, the room was dirty, breakfast started at 7 am so many of the guests were headed to work before breakfast started, all tables in the dining area wobbled and there was no sugar for the coffee for quite a while. I have stayed at this location many times and it has certainly fallen into a state of disrepair.
