Unfriendly reception employee

Liked: Not much, we had some unpleasant experience with the front office employee.
Disliked: On arrival 26.12. given rooms were not next to each as requested and confirmed, had to ask for another room which was closer.We were told in writing and on arrival that we can have dinner at the restaurant, however in the early evening the same reception employee now told us that the restaurant is closed. We could order with Lieferando and eat in the restaurant or go outside in town to eat. This was not planned. He also did the service in the restaurant despite being alone at the reception and there were around 20 other guests sitting there also ordering food from a delivery service. There was no beer and no cocktails available neither. We had a bad dinner experience for the 26. of December.There were some chocolates in a bowl at the reception when we went back to our room and I asked him if I can have some but he refused, it would only be for Members. He didn’t know I am a member as I booked with booking.com but he should have said yes specially after the mess not having dinner.Reported same next morning to the friendly reservation manager and she was much surprised about the situation. She kindly issued a voucher for drinks which we could use in the evening at the restaurant. Same evening when coming to the restaurant we passed at the reception and same employee from the evening before was present. We said good evening but he did not reply to us, very impolite and rude. The waiter at the bar served all the clients but didn’t come to our table to take our order. We had food from outside again but couldn’t order in the restaurant. We only ordered two alcohol free cocktails as the boys went themselves to the bar counter to order, but the bar guy didn’t bring the cocktails to our table neither. Finally he did not want to accept the voucher we received, he said it’s not valid. The bar guy said we must now wait for the receptionist which disappeared from the scene but we went to our rooms to avoid discussion. All in all unbelievable and unacceptable.
