Highly recommend this hotel. Well...

Liked: The hotel was was exceptional. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food and drink available is sufficient to keep you topped up, the continental breakfast is free and adequate - no complaints at all. The room was comfortable, spacious, well equipped and impeccably clean. The wifi is free and works! The area, whilst only a ten minute walk from the town center/ train station, was quiet - which is just what I needed. And.... If you don't have your room cleaned you get a free drink at the bar!
Disliked: The ONLY thing I didn't like was no kettle in the room. But, there is free unlimited coffee available from downstairs, so I didn't miss it - so this isn't really a negative!

Disliked: Location not as great as expected, breakfast not at the standard of other ihg express hotels, room very small for family room (compared to other ihg express rooms)
