Liked: It is close to Restaurants/ Costco Gas/ Shoppers DrugMart
Disliked: The hotel is close to the train tracks. If you're a light sleeper, that's a problem since you will hear a rumble. But if you get assigned on the front side of the hotel, you won't hear it.

Disliked: The train that ran past the back of the hotel. Its much better when on the front side as its quieter.

Liked: They charged me double, booking.com has to call them and resolve problems,,please They still hold 253$,otherwise will block, booking.com

Liked: Ms. Abigail at the front desk and all her staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful in every way.
Disliked: The only negative I would say is the room was very pricey for what it was.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay
Disliked: Noise from the train was a bit disruptive, but did not run all night. I would like to stay on the other side of the hotel to mitigate the noise for future visits.
