The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a lot of cold and hot items to choose from. Location is good - you can walk to a lot of restaurants. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The first day when we left for the day, our room and bathroom was cleaned and restocked but for the second day was not. The pool I found was not kept up. A film on the sides and the jaccuzi's jets did not turn on. Overall for a 2.5 star hotel I thought it was good minus the pool amenities.

Very good service. Fast and friendly check in. Excellent continental breakfast. Awesome location. We were attending a show at the Starlite Room, just down the street and around the corner. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Ideal for one night stays...

Liked: The pillows were short but wide, resulting in an uncomfortable night sleep for my partner. The walls were quite thin - we could hear a lot of slamming doors and the neighbouring room having a shower and running a bath. The staff were pleasant. The room was outdated, but did the job for our one night stay. Location was a short walk to Rogers Place (the one main attraction we wanted to see), however there were a few homeless people along the nearby streets.
