The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a lot of cold and hot items to choose from. Location is good - you can walk to a lot of restaurants. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The first day when we left for the day, our room and bathroom was cleaned and restocked but for the second day was not. The pool I found was not kept up. A film on the sides and the jaccuzi's jets did not turn on. Overall for a 2.5 star hotel I thought it was good minus the pool amenities.

Liked: Hotel staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Not enough towels for 4 people.

Very good service. Fast and friendly check in. Excellent continental breakfast. Awesome location. We were attending a show at the Starlite Room, just down the street and around the corner. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Perfect location to the hockey...

Liked: The front desk staff was exceptional in making sure our stay was great!
Disliked: The amenities in the room were lacking. There was 4 of us booked into the room and only 2 bath towels.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great. It had many options, and was very convenient. The hotel is walking distance to Roger's Place Arena and many other restaurants and pubs.
Disliked: We had to park in a public parking lot next to the hotel and were charged $20 per day.
