This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping center and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city center stop outside. Liked: Very good, value for money outstanding

Typical business hotel.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff

Very good

Liked: Location. Comfortable clean room
Disliked: Breakfast very busy & staff, although great, struggled to keep all items stocked as it was so busy

Disliked: Breakfast could have been hotter maybe better selection for eg cold meats cheeses would be nice addition from the regular full hreakfasts

Passable

Liked: Location is good. (20mins walk to the centre). Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room was too "lived in". Bathroom ceiling had mould, woodwork needed painting. Some dusty areas. Just not good enough for £170 a night.

Never tire of Edinburgh especially...

Liked: Convenient location for the team into the city
Disliked: Booking.com suggested an upgrade which we accepted , the hotel explained this should not be classed as an upgrade as this was an accessible room which is not an upgrade. No point in calling or emailing as nothing will be done.

Ok but not overwhelming

Liked: Rooms were nice. Location good and rhe city reachable by tram
Disliked: There were someone’s hairs in the drain and staims pn the bathroom floor. The lift was a little unsafe as it had sometimes to pause and all lights out fot a few seconds. Breakfast could have been a bit more choice

Disappointing

Liked: Felt it was overpriced, breakfast was very disappointing dinning area not enough seats for amount of guests.
