Liked: Great location. Friendly efficient staff.

Liked: All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. Location was close to Edinburgh centre. Bus stop opposite botel takes you into centre.
Disliked: Room was a bit small, tight squeeze around bed,

Liked: In close proximity to bus routes into the city. Rooms simple but well-equipped and clean. Good choice of breakfast options.

Disliked: The basic needs like water bottle is not provided. Also the AC Control of the room is given at the reception which is impractical.

We have stayed quite a...
Liked: Good breakfast, comfortable room and great location with good bus service nearby for easy access to city centre. Also lovely tree lined walks to Cramond or City Centre.
Disliked: Having to hand over bank card for member of staff to key into system. Coffee machine in breakfast room is too complicated for most people to work and results in queues and wrong drinks being made.

Paid too much money for...
Liked: The rooms were cold the windows did not close properly and you could hear the wind howling all night. The bathrooms are very small and need up dating. The carpets throughout the hotel were dirty. There wasn't enough staff on during breakfast time so there was a long waiting time to be seated.
