An excellent stay which fulfilled...

Liked: I travelled to Edinburgh to attend a conference with a friend. We found the location excellent, the room was extremely comfortable temperature wise, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were exactly what was required. The breakfast was very good indeed with hot selections being topped up regularly. The staff both on reception and at breakfast were really lovely. We also left our luggage at the hotel in advance of arriving and after checking out - this was seamless and proved very helpful to us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Disliked: we had room 622 - view not good. Would have liked a stand/desk with information regarding city trips, sightseeing etc.

Liked: Close to the playhouse as attending abba tribute
Disliked: Very expensive beds uncomfortable room very small cold and basic and cleaning staff knocking the bedroom door at 8.30 am when checkout was at 11 am

Liked: Location was excellent . No city noise heard from the bedroom. Breakfast was plentiful and hot.
Disliked: The shower cubicle needed replaced as door was loose on the hinge and the sealant was black mouldy .
