Disappointing

Disliked: Cleaner walked into our bedroom while I was asleep with my toddlertold reception and she couldn't care less.

Disliked: The Breakfast Room very busy at times .Pillows lumpy

Highly recommended stay

Liked: Location was perfect within walking distance to many of the amenities and shops needed in our stay. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was a delicious and wide variety of dishes
Disliked: This hotel has what we needed and wanted for our stay. One problem was the complete misunderstanding of the heating system. After 3 days, we gave up on having the heating on, but the hotel was exceptional

Amazing stay and location!

Liked: The stay was great, we were probably off season so the price deal was amazing with breakfast included which had a great selection of food and beverages. The location is PERFECT, i have been in Edinburgh about 8 times now and this is no doubt the most strategic place to stay (especially if you have big luggage, the tram stop to the airport is right in front of the exit). The room was tidied up every day, and the beds are SUPER comfortable. Also the staff was always very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Only complaint is that there is stairs to get in the hotel which is quite difficult if you have heavy luggage, and also has a few steps of stairs to go down to the elevators to get to the rooms after you’ve passed by the reception.

One nighter only didn’t sleep...

Liked: Location was excellent and the staff very helpful and welcoming
Disliked: The double bed was too small and mattress too soft.
