Liked: I am extremely disappointed with nit only the hotel but with your staff. I explained the situation I was in, and neither could rectify the situation. The hotel is in a very seedy area, young gang type guys were hanging around. There was NO secure parking. I explained to your staff and the hotel (no manager was on call). Just a young check-in girl who had no authority. We have two $5,000 bikes on the car, which I'm sure would not have been there in the morning. Even one of the cops on duty in the area advised us that the bikes would not be there in the morning. I have been using Booking.com for years. Both domestic and international. I am a VP of HUman Resources, and my company uses your company. I will be recommending they set up an alliance with one if the other booking companies.Your staff (2 people) were not helpful at all. Liked: Easy on off I 95 clean and breakfast was nice

Liked: My family and I appreciate how clean the hotel is and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are always polite, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for the guests.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better. The options are ok, but the pancake machine wasn't working & the other hot foods offered were limited & didn't look appealing. Bacon reg & turkey would be good as many ppl don't like sausage. Grits would also be a treat.

Liked: Great location and free breakfast. Friendly staff and helpful people at the front desk and breakfast room
Disliked: Hated the down feather bed pillows. They were hard and lumpy and feathers poked my face. My husband and I were both allergic and popped sinus tablets every day. They need to replace them all with foam nonallergic pillows
