Exceptional

Liked: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It exceeded my expectations, even though I was already expecting a good experience. If I visit this area again, I will definitely stay here.Unfortunately, we got sick during our trip, but the hotel provided a comfortable environment for us to rest and recover. Thanks to our membership, we were even allowed to stay longer on our check-out day, which gave us extra time to relax before our journey home—something we truly appreciated.Our room was spotless every day when we returned from sightseeing, and the reception staff were the sweetest and most helpful! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Nice place to stay with...

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, large canteen area and good breakfast
Disliked: Shower and sink were not very clean and a lot of stuff just seemed in need of refurbishment (paint peelling off, shower door lock not working). Nothing that would ruin the stay, but some attention to details would make this place a winner. We used the sofa-bed, and it really is a poor piece of furniture - you can feel all the springs, it is uneven height, not much comfort for adults

Liked: Helpfulness in staff resolving problems not of their making, cleanliness, quality of food, helpfulness and accommodations of staff.
Disliked: Lack of evening food in the hotel, although plenty nearby.

Uncomfortable stay.

Liked: The location was very close to the Empress Museum, which is ideal if you're staying in the area for Come Alive!. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and friendly.
Disliked: The beds were small and very uncomfortable. The pull-out bed would be suitable for a single child. To advertise and sell this as anything more is unacceptable.Breakfast was awful. The cooked breakfast was barely warm, and many of the items were undercooked. The pastries were burnt, and the apple juice was watered down.
