Disliked: We have spent 3 nights here from 31/10/2024 to 03/11/2024. Initially we have been given a ground floor room where the smell was very bad. They explained the smell comes from a cleaning product but we checked in at 7:00pm and the check out is at 11:00am. They changed the room for us with another ground floor room although we insisted we do not want a ground floor room. On the first night the fire alarm went on and the whole hotel was evacuated. No one explained us what happened. Our daughter struggled to fall asleep because she panicked and kept asking us to change the hotel. On the second night we got the room changed to the first floor but in this room the window handle was broken so there was no way to open the window to get fresh air. Staff and reception manager told us to use the fan in the room. The cutlery and plates in the restaurant for breakfast were really dirty. Really poor experience for us. I would not recommend this hotel.

No lighting

Liked: The location & the price & the Shower.
Disliked: Position of the TV and the bedside lamp switches.Why are all the rooms switches all on one side of the bed ? Most of all there was no lighting on the pathway to the Main Road & as winter weather gets worse there could be more accidents.And more cause for claims !
